The oven mitt I use is no longer available but here is one that is similar http://amzn.to/2zExqOP I have discovered that the wire racks are getting difficult to clean so I purchased these crispy cooker mats http://amzn.to/2hc2udL and cut them to fit the wire mesh racks as they catch most of the mess and are easier to clean than the racks themselves. To clean the wire mesh racks we use the PBW cleaner http://amzn.to/2zDVKAJ and soak the racks in a plastic tub with hot water and the PBW cleaner for a few hours and they come out sparkling clean!
