Is This The Best Oktoberfest in the US? | Celebrating Oktoberfest in Leavenworth, WA

Willkommen to Leavenworth’s Oktoberfest! If you can’t get to Munich for their world renowned Oktoberfest, there is no better place to experience Oktoberfest than Bavaria…in Washington state. As you walk along the main street, you are transported to the German Alps with the town’s Bavarian architecture, music, and treats combined with the majestic Cascade Mountains in the background. Obviously, Leavenworth, Washington has the perfect vibe and atmosphere to set the stage for an amazing Oktoberfest celebration. A real Bavarian Oktoberfest has been on our bucket list for a long time. While we didn’t make it to Germany this year, as a German-inspired town, Leavenworth goes all out since Oktoberfest is one of their signature annual events. We decided to put Leavenworth’s Oktoberfest to the test to see if this festival is worth the trip. This means that you need to pull on your lederhosen and get ready for lots of delicious German food, authentic Oktoberfest beer (local to Leavenworth and unique to Munich), music, and so much more!
