Minnesota's Biggest BBQ Ribs Platter Challenge!!

American professional eater Randy Santel versus Up In Smoke's 8lb BBQ Ribs Platter Challenge, hosted by Up In Smoke BBQ Restaurant in Saint Cloud, Minnesota!! The next day after attempting Andy's Hometowne 30-Inch "Monstrosity" Pizza Challenge in Albertville, MN with my long-time competitive eating friend "Eager" Ethan Teske, I headed northwest to Up In Smoke BBQ in St. Cloud, MN so that I could attempt and help kick off their brand new 8lb "Up In Smoke" BBQ Ribs Platter Challenge. I had just 45 minutes to feast on a massive platter filled with smoked meats and side items from their menu. There was a full rack of BBQ pork ribs that weighed around 3.5 to 4 pounds. The challenge included 1lb of their smoked beef brisket, 1/2 pound of smoked pulled chicken, 1/2 pound of juicy pulled pork, 3 full smoked & fried chicken wings, two pieces of their cornbread, and two 1 pound side items - BBQ beans and creamy white macaroni & cheese. Drinks, desserts, and extra side items in the video are/were just optional, and not part of the base challenge. The whole platter weighs just over 8 lbs total, or 3.64 kg, which does include the weight of the bones in the ribs and chicken wings. Finish everything within 45 minutes and get the $120 barbeque platter free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Up In Smoke BBQ's Wall of Fame!!
