This is achieved through the Ukarimu curriculum which provides an avenue for African youth, to acquire the relevant skills currently required by the industry. GOALS OF UKARIMU: The goal of the Ukarimu project is to prepare these students for internships and ultimately jobs in these local hotels, lodges, restaurants and tourist sites. It is designed to prepare them for a future in the emerging world around them.
