Today, after hearing the Macclesfield canal had breached on Friday night, I managed to find a way up there from Daventry, Northamptonshire, where the narrowboat is far away from the troubles of the northern navigations! It took a lot of work, but i did it! I'm here to see it for myself. But i couldn't believe it when I heard where the Macclesfield canal had breached! Right at the leak it's had for years that the CRT did a bodged job at repairing and said that it would not be properly repaired until 2026 or 2027, and i said that it could cause another breach if they don't repair it and what happened...
