I got this in size small but the sleeve seems big/long as an Asian like me. So, Today i will share how I quickly turn this oversized bell sleeve. Cut it DONE 2. Black Sweater Oversized Bell Sleeve 1. Fold once the edge or hem of the sleeve and 2. Cut above it 3. Make a bow out of that fabric 4.
