C64 Longplay: Wild Streets

This is one of the dumbest beat em ups I've ever seen. Simply hilarious. Get through five levels to "finish the fisrt part of your mission" and then guide the dumbarse CIA chief back to the pillared building at the start. This is the harder part as he gets his arse kicked a lot (as indicated by the red energy bar beneath your blue one). At 2:49 the cowardly bad guys are beating him up while he's tied to a post, lol. You have a sidekick panther that does sweet F.A., a bunch of bad guys (only distinguishable from their different coloured trousers) that you can jump over, and tedious music to accompany you. The gun is the only effective form of combat as the punches you throw are all but useless. At least the titlescreen is nice. You can tell this game was rushed.
