DIY CPR: Learn CPR with a roll of toilet paper!

Learn CPR with a roll of toilet paper! This video teaches the steps of compression-only CPR and shows you how to practice at home with some household items (a towel, T-shirt, and toilet paper roll). Our goal is to teach the basics of compression-only CPR in your own home or work via the internet--at no cost--and encourage viewers to practice along with the video. Additionally, we hope the video will encourage viewers to take a formal CPR course.
