Sept 1 was my goal seed down date. Well that didn't work out with all the family activities, and other misc delays. It's a huge relief to have it done, clean garage, bare driveway, no more dirt and sand in the house. It's www now, water watch wait. Anyway, here's a video I made of the full process. I ran out of battery recording, so I didn't show a blanket spray of a seed safe pre emergent herbicide Mesotrione (aka Tenacity), and two fungicides Azoxystrobin and Propiconazole. I put down label rate of starter fertilizer, plus humic acid in the granular form. I'm using two orbit hose end timers, one older model and the latest one. I'm also using an obit sprinkler labeled to cover 5,000sqft. watering 20 mins every two hours starting at 11a. the other waterings I do manually as needed. I leveled the lawn perfectly on the right side, but began to run out of soil, so the remainder I made smooth.
