Lost Souls | Planet Coaster 2 Alton Towers Rita Replacement

Here is my submission to the Alton Towers Rita replacement challenge that was hosted by @DigitalDan. It placed 36th place out of +650 submissions. This is Lost Souls, an Intamin Multi Launch Coaster that features 4 launches and 4 inversions, including the UK's first Inverted Tophat. I kept the Dark Forest theme but lent way more into the supernatural part of it, mainly in the form of wraiths, starting with the small changes I did to Th13teen's theme. Th13teen is now the second part of the two main rides. After you get off Lost Souls, you somehow find your way to the crypt, which is the wraith's 'home'. They try to trap you inside, but you get out just in time, trapping themselves in the crypt forever. The smaller flat ride is The Wraith Ritual, this Zamperla NebulaZ is their... well... ritual clearing. It's full of magical properties with a central magical core (which is the ride itself). Now back to Lost Souls, this rides theme is as follows. Some explorers (the guests) are exploring an ancient, enchanted forest that has been taken over by dark forces. They stumble across an abandoned wooden shack (the station for the coaster) and decide to venture in. After they have finished exploring, they go to leave but they disturb the wraiths, they begin to chase the explorers. The ride is essentially the chase and capture, the wraiths are faster than the people so that's why the ride also goes forwards and backwards as if the people are trying to escape any way possible. The wraiths know the forest well so on that final launch, they knew the people would go that way, so they cut them off and sent them barrel rolling down to the ground and into a cave. After navigating the cave, the wraiths are waiting at the other side, that is when they capture the explorers and send them deep into the ancient Dark Forest; never to be seen again.
