Shell Shock 223 cases once shot appear to expand to the chamber a little. My cases appear to lengthen about 16 thousandths which puts the OACL beyond 1.760" and would require resizing. Since this case is so new and a necked case made of stainless is more complex I am still very happy with the upgrades over brass. it is my hope that they develop a future resizing die for the case since a normal resizing die will damage both the case and the die. I hope this content helps people with their own reloading and encourages others to try out this new technology.
