RecognizeGood Volunteer Legends: Tiffany Huerta

For several years, Tiffany Huerta has volunteered with B.I.G. Love Cancer Care dedicating hundreds of hours to help over 1,000 children and families who have a child with cancer cope with their diagnosis. Tiffany Huerta has been a volunteer with B.I.G. Love Cancer Care (BLCC) since 2021, dedicating more than 300 hours of her time planning activities, talking with, and helping children who have been diagnosed with cancer work through their journey. Tiffany spends her time coming up with fun activities for children to help them to not only better understand their cancer diagnosis but be able to still enjoy being a kid. When a child is diagnosed with cancer, the resources to support them can be limited, but BLCC’s mission is to make every child going through a cancer diagnosis feel loved, supported and most importantly be as comfortable as possible!
