"Solitude" Original Song by Jay Tarantino- 1990 Gibson Les Paul Custom

One of my big goals for 2021 is to take my production and songwriting chops to the next level.... I've decided that in order to do that and also keep myself accountable, I'm going to release one new song every month for the year(not counting anything I release with @etheriusband). Here is the first song I'm releasing in 2021, called "Solitude." Solitude means "the state or situation of being alone." I've been spending the last few months just keeping to myself and focusing on my career and the goals I want to accomplish. I thought the title was appropriate, with this being the first song. All guitars and bass were recorded by me. Drums were programmed by me with Toontrack Superior Drummer 2 and I used the Metal Machine expansion pack for drum sounds. For guitar tones I tracked everything exclusively with my 1990 Gibson Les Paul Custom. I used a combination of tones I created in the Axe Fx II based on hot rodded Marshall JCM 800 amp models. All mixing and mastering was done by me with plug ins from Toontrack EZ Mix 2.
