1. [0:00] A woman has a dowry of two hundred thousand rupees, which her husband is required to pay. Apart from this, she has no other possessions. Given her current financial state, can she receive zakat, considering she is poor, even though her husband will pay the dowry in one year? ایک عورت کی ملکیت کے دو لاکھ روپے ہیں ، جو مہر کی صورت میں شوہر کیلئے لازمی ہیں ، اس کے علاوہ ان کی ملکیت میں اور کچھ نہیں ، کیا ایسی عورت کو زکات دے سکتے ہیں جبکہ وہ غریب ہے؟ اور حق مہر شوہر ایک سال کے بعد ادا کریگا۔ 2. [1:01] The father, during his lifetime, divided his land among his heirs and gave them possession. One of his sons built a house on his share, but he passed away a few years later, followed by his wife's death a year after. This son left behind three sons and a daughter. Now, their grandfather claims ownership of the house after his son and daughter-in-law's passing, while the daughters argue that the house is theirs. Kindly provide guidance on how to resolve this issue. والد صاحب نے اپنی زندگی میں زمین ورثاء میں تقسیم کی تھی  اور ورثاء کو قبضہ بھی دے دیا ، ایک بیٹے نے اپنی زمین پر گھر بنایا تھا ، کچھ سالوں بعد فوت ہوگیا اور ایک سال بعد اس کی بیوی کا بھی انتقال ہو گیا۔ اس آدمی کے تین بیٹے اور ایک بیٹی ہے ، اور اب ان بچوں کا دادا یہ کہتا ہے کہ بیٹے اور بہو کے انتقال کے بعد یہ گھر میرا ہے ، اور بیٹیاں کہتی ہیں کہ وہ ان کا ہے۔ اس معاملے میں رہنمائی فرمائیں۔ 3. [4:51] In our mosque, the Maghrib prayer congregation is delayed by five minutes after the Azaan so that people can arrive at ease without missing any rakat. What is the Islamic ruling on this practice? ہماری مسجد میں مغرب کی آذان کے پانچ منٹ بعد جماعت کرائی جاتی ہے تاکہ لوگ آرام سے آجائیں اور ان کی رکعت فوت نہ ہو ، اس کا کیا شرعی حکم ہے؟ 4. [7:32] During my Umrah this year, I started experiencing kidney pain during the third round of my first tawaf. After two to three hours, I performed a fresh tawaf. What is the ruling for the initial tawaf, where I had completed three rounds? اس سال عمرے پر گیا ہوا تھا اور پہلے طواف کے تیسرے چکر میں گردے کا درد شروع ہو گیا ، دو تین گھنٹے کے بعد دوبارہ نیا طواف کیا ، پہلے والا طواف جو تین چکر ہو چکے تھے اب اس کا کیا حکم ہوگا؟ 5. [8:55] A husband hasn't kept his wife at home for four and a half years, even though she has not been disobedient, and he hasn't divorced her either. Now he wishes to divorce her. Can the wife and her family demand financial support for the past four and a half years? Secondly, would it be permissible for a tribal council to collect this financial support owed by the husband to the wife, as it is customary in our locality? کوئی شوہر اپنی بیوی کو گھر میں نہیں چھوڑتا حالانکہ وہ نافرمان بھی نہیں ہے ، اور نہ ہی شوہر طلاق دیتا ہے بلکہ اس کے والدین کے گھر جا کر ساڑھے چار سال گزر گئے ، شوہر اب طلاق دینا چاہتا ہے تو کیا عورت اور اس کے خاندان والے ان ساڑھے چار سال کا نان و نفقہ مانگ سکتے ہیں یا نہیں؟ اور اگر عرف میں یہ ہو کہ جَرگہ بعد میں اس نفقے کو شوہر سے وصول کرتا ہو تو اس کا شرعی حکم کیا ہے؟ 6. [22:49] When my son was very sick, I made a vow that if he recovered, I would make him a religious scholar. Now that he's older, he doesn't want to become one. How can I fulfill this vow? میرا بچہ بہت بیمار رہتا تھا اور میں نہ منّت مان لی کہ میرا بیٹا اس بیماری سے ٹھیک ہو جائے تو میں اس کو عالم بناوں گا ، اور اب بڑا ہو کر وہ کہتا ہے کہ میں عالم نہیں بنوں گا ، میں اپنی منّت کیسے پوری کروں؟ 7.
