Iced Coffee in an Instant is delicious, cheap and low calorie! It can also be sugar free if you tailor it right. Ingredients: (T=Tablespoon, t=teaspoon, oz=ounces) 2 t Nescafe Classico Instant Coffee ( Feel free to use the Decaf version which is just as delicious) 1 T Water to dissolve the Coffee Ice to fill the glass (I like using pint sized Mason or Ball Jars) 1 T Sweetened Creamer (I used to use Coffeemate Naturals Sweet Cream but I just started using Starbucks Caramel Macchiato Creamer...OMG) 8 oz Milk, Nut Milk or Water To reduce your sugar intake, remove the sweetened creamer and use unsweetened nut milk for 0 grams of sugar! You can also try using the new nut milks that have protein added to them to get your extra boost of protein. Nonfat Milk+Sweetened Creamer+Coffee=110 calories, 17 grams of sugar, 8 grams protein Unsweetened Almond Milk+Sweetened Creamer+Coffee=60 calories, 5 grams sugar, 1 gram protein Nonfat Milk per 8 oz serving=80 calories, 12 grams sugar, 8 grams protein Unsweetened Almond Milk per 8 oz serving= 30 calories, 0 grams sugar, 1 gram protein Sweet Cream by Coffeemate Naturals per 1 T serving= 30 calories, 5 grams sugar Please Subscribe to my channel and if you liked this video please give me a thumbs up!
