All of these filler have different indications for use and the surgeon using them must be well learned in their use. Botox and Myoblock were the first neublockers that I have used with a lot of success for nearly 19 years. Botox is what we call Type A Botulinum Toxin and Myoblock is Type B. In patients who do not respond to Botox or want a quicker response, I will use Myoblock. Dysport and Xeomin are the later generations of Type A Toxin and are frequently used in my armamentarium.
