ZIMBABWE : VICTORIA FALLS || Tour through Vic falls rainforest and public transport experience.

We had an interesting bus ride from Gweru to Victoria falls on Stallion Cruise bus. It was meant to take 8 hours but eventually after 11.5 hours we made it alive to Shoestrings backpackers, our home for the next week. We almost missed the transfer to the correct bus, we drove through a river (pretty much), stopped for an hour in Bulawayo, and picked/dropped off people every few kilometers. We both slept so well that night, and then felt refreshed to go explore the majestic Victoria Falls. It was $20 each for SADC passport holders. We spent around 3 hours, embracing getting drenched by the spray and having a blast. The vic falls rainforest is beautiful and green, so peaceful walking through stopping at each viewpoint to take in the amazing site, that is the amazing waterfalls.
