At only a few weeks out from the elections, the bankruptcy of the call center in deepest Auvergne would be seriously prejudicial to the electoral aspirations of Segondas, the bank's big boss. Equipped with his Blackberries and top-of-the-line laptop, Mathieu expects the mission will be a breeze - after all, he's been to France's most elite business college... But, Mathieu Polivennes' sudden transfer to the world of "phoning," clients services, and outsourcing doesn't go as planned. Blinded by his convictions, unaware of the resources of the teleadvisor team, who are full of good intentions, he tries to apply the methods he's learned and that are totally inappropriate in this remote corner in the middle of France. A countdown even begins before the relocation of the call centers... offshore!
