After five years of living off-grid around Aotearoa (New Zealand) & Australia, this lifestyle has taught me more than I could have imagined — about nature, simplicity, challenge, and the beauty of slow living. In this video, I’m taking you along on some of our final adventures in the South Island of New Zealand, including an overnight hike in the mountains and a dreamy off-grid beach stay, all while I share the biggest lessons I’ve learnt from living off-grid full-time.
