Bought these with my own money for some NAS builds I am working on. Overall they feel like a quality built fan for the money. My biggest gripe is the cable design. I don't care for the short cables and splitters being built into the fan. Feels like it is going to make things messy and unnecessarily difficult. Granted my needs may be different than yours. At full speed they are a little noisy but most people aren't running their fans full speed so not much to worry about there.
