Today I will show you how to colour flowers by layering Faber-Castell Albrecht Dürer watercolour pencils with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils. I am working in the Adult Colouring book World of Flowers by Johanna Basford, and we are going to start on a little Valentines heart. There are many ways to blend coloured pencils today I am using Caran d’Ache blender pencil and a Derwent Drawing Chinese White pencil. I will show you some tips and tricks on how to use watercolour pencils in adult colouring books. I will also show how to use watercolours as a base layer and add coloured pencils on top.
