Join me for the next installment of this yarn dyeing series where I share my process for dyeing some of the colorways for the Fiber for the People® yarn clubs. This time, I'm finding my inspiration in rust and oxidation and dreaming up colorways to capture that beautiful and unstoppable process as part of the newest FFTP yarn club, OXIDE. The next club launches in January. PART 1: The Plan--though this portion of the series is light on dyeing, it's an essential part of my process. I call it "finding my approach" and I feel that when I take the time to do it, I end up with a more full-bodied, well-rounded colorway that ticks all the boxes. Be patient.
