Script was edited by Ian Rideout. You can find his services HERE: https://www.fiverr.com/ianrideout/pro... Gameplay clips, if I didn't record them myself, are credited in video in the bottom righthand corner of the screen. Movie clips are, well, from the movies, though I got a lot of clips from the Movieclips YouTube channel. There are also a surprising amount of full videos on YouTube. It's a jungle out there. This video is me going through the history of zombies in popular culture, and trying to pinpoint what inspired what, and so on and so forth. I think for the most part people have a general idea that it was George Romero who really inspired the modern zombie, but I for one was really surprised by how much the games (I.E., Resident Evil and The House of the Dead) had an impact on zombie popular culture. Okay that's the boring standard description out of the way, time to write something outlandish. I was going to go on a tirade about keyword optimization in the description of YouTube videos, but then I realized that I didn't really have a tirade to go on. I just wanted to use the word "tirade". I don't think I've EVER gone on an angry rant in the descriptions of one of my videos. I mean there's a first for everything, but as of right now I feel like it's unlikely to happen. I'm just not an angry person in general but I also don't know what I'd go get angry about. Certainly not YouTube Keyword optimization, I tell you what. I feel compelled to state that part of the reason why this video took so long to come out is because I got bamboozled into playing the Mass Effect trilogy. I had fun with it, and I'd probably peg the trilogy overall as "good", but I don't know if I'd go out of my way to recommend it. I don't know if the original Mass Effect games have aged that well. This might be the hottest take I've ever had on this platform. #Zombies #PopularCulture #ZombiesInPopularCulture
