The late Paul O'Grady has been laid to rest in his hometown of Adlington, Kent. The acclaimed comedian and animal lover died last month at the age of 67. Fans as well as dogs from Battersea Dogs and Cats Home lined the streets to say a last goodbye as his funeral procession moved through the town. In November 1995, O'Grady appeared on London News Network in character as Lily Savage. Lily was late to the show, she explained, as she had struggled to find a babysitter.
