Island Hopping In The San Blas Islands (DJs Dives)

This week we explore some of the beautiful islands and underwater reefs around the San Blas Islands. We explore two different islands, which are small enough to see on the same day! It's been a long wait to get here so we are really excited to finally get to experience the place for ourselves. It's the clearest water that we have seen since arriving in Panama so we go snorkeling and get some underwater footage. There is no spearfishing in the San Blas Islands so we leave the spears on the boat and focus on filming! Once we get underwater we see that the lionfish are invading the reef and their numbers are out of control! The reef also looks really healthy which is great, and there's a ton of different species of corals and fish that we get to enjoy We finish off the amazing day with some cold beer on the beach while watching the sunset.
