NVIDIA Driver 576.02 Gives Big Boost to RTX 50 Series GPUs. Should you update?

NVIDIA has released a new graphics driver, version 576.02, and it's doing more than just fixing problems. Many gamers using the latest RTX 50 series graphics cards, like the RTX 5080, are seeing better performance in games and lower power use. This update brings a real difference that users can feel. In the past, people had a lot of trouble with older drivers like 572.xx. Some of those drivers even caused serious issues, like bricking (breaking) the GPU. But now, with 576.02, things seem to be going in the right direction. Not only did NVIDIA fix many of those bugs, but they also gave users a free performance boost. For example, in real game tests like Marvel Rivals, the RTX 5080 now gets over 150 frames per second (fps) when paired with a Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor. That’s about a 5–7% improvement from before, where it only got around 140+ fps.
