This is the Las Vegas A's Tropicana hotel site demolition taking place on Monday, June 03, 2024. I start the video on the south west side of the property. Today, I'm using my new DJI Osmo Pocket 3 to get some video over the giant construction walls. I'm able to mount the Pocket 3 on a long extension pole to place it above the wall. The camera doesn't have the long zoom like my regular camera does. You can see the results are pretty good. I'm able to pan and tilt to check out the whole area. This area of the site is all leveled out. You can see the bungalow area is totally gone now. I then make my way down towards the rear tower along Reno Ave. The rear tower demolition is moving along just like the front tower. 7 floors are now gutted. I then make way to the other side of the property to check out the front and rear tower demolition. There are a lot of good shots of them dumping the debris out of the floors as well as them knocking the walls out of the rear tower.
