Exploring an Abandoned 19th Century Farm House at Taunton Rd. and Lakeridge in Whitby, Ontario

WingmanJan and I waited to gain access to this one for quite some time. We had visited this property on 2 previous occasions then finally, an open door! This late 19th Century farm house was fantastic and cared for exactly how a house of this beauty should be. Lots of renovations without ruining that farm house feel. Dual staircases (which are my favorite), and classic hand crafted banisters and baseboards adorn this place. Sitting on a huge piece of land this place was in the way of the Hwy 407 ETR construction and was demolished shortly after this video was filmed. This video is from March 2013 and I have only now got around to editing it. So the video will be more shaky cause I was using the Ipad to film and not my GoPro. Also my batteries were fading on my flashlight so the footage in the basement is not as clear as I would have liked Thank you so much for taking an interest in my videos!
