Hello guys, today we ride on one of Dysons' Scania K280UB with the CR228L body. There are mainly the CR228L K280UB models in the fleet but there are some with the "Optimus" body as well. The CR228L bodied ones are the 2012-2013 models numbered #712-#715 and #729-731 in the Bundoora depot. The rest are numbered #821-#828, #862-868, #886, #888, #891 and #892. The CR228L model buses also do the ex Reservoir routes as well like the Route 552, Route 553 etc. I was planning to film an older sibling of this bus but today got me cranky because of a Ventura driver not stopping for me at the bus stop. So i missed out on filming #704 on the Route 555. So the options i had left was to catch the Route 567 or wait a long time to get another bus to school. This Dysons driver didn't look very keen on being filmed so i tried all i can to not get his face on video. Thankfully he didn't question on why i was filming, otherwise i would have been stuck at my local shops waiting for another bus.
