In this little slideshow I would like to show you my most beautiful recent macro shots. Here in my hometown “Saxony-Anhalt” there are numerous meadows, forests and nature reserves where a wide variety of insects live. I occasionally go there to take macro shots of flowers, plants, insects and all other small creatures in the microcosm. For example, grasshoppers and crickets, bees and wasps, butterflies and moths, dragonflies and beetles. But also leaves and flowers of cherries and rose hips, which have a real splendor in summer.
