Glue the feather boa around the top and side of the wing *Measure and note the following measurements: back width and back to knee 15. Cut out the two felt shapes using the measurements to create a tail 16. Stitch the two tail shapes together. Stitch along the top and around the bottom 17. Leave gaps at the top sides wide enough for the trim to be threaded through 18. Glue the felt feathers onto the tail starting with the red felt. Fill the tail with feathers 19. Thread the sequin trim through the gap at the top of the tail.
