Sundown instrumental version played by Joe Schumacher. Original artist is Gordon Lightfoot. My version is in memory of Gordon, a fellow Canadian. Yes, I am back. I took some time off to fly to the island and visit my brother and his wife. He's a few years older than I am. As a bonus I got to visit with my nephew and his wife. We were gone 16 days. My partner and I had a wonderful time. I wasn't sure if I would get a song released this week or not. But here it is. The backing track was done using my Yamaha Tyros5. I added a guitar track and panned to one channel. The lead guitar was panned to just off centre. You likely will not hear that arrangement unless you use headphones or have a good stereo system. I used my Canon RV50 camera for the video. Everything was recorded using Reaper on a MacBook Pro. I put the audio and video together using iMovie. Everyone was sleeping while I was doing this.
