How To Manage Users In this video, we will show you how to manage users on your growlink account. First, go to growlink.com and click the log in icon at the top right. Enter your username and password. Click Login. Once you have logged into your account you will want to click your email located in the top right corner of the dashboard. On the dropdown click on Manage Users This will bring you to the page that shows you all the users that are associated with your account. If you would like to add someone to your account click on the Create button. The pop-up window will show up and you enter the new user's email address. Give them a password. Enter the first and last name. Enter the company name Then you will set the role for the user. There are several role options to choose from. The Organization Admin will give the user access to all features of Growlink for all controllers in the organization. They can interact will all devices, they can add and change rules, and anything else the portal offers. Read-Only Admin will only give access to read data and not change anything. They will not be able to turn anything on or off, or adjust any settings, only see what is going on. And Owned Controllers Only gives the user the ability to see and change ONLY the controllers they are the owner of. This will not apply to most accounts, but, an example of this would be if you had a laboratory at a facility and you would want the user to only have access to the lab's controllers that they oversee specifically and not the rest of the operation. To receive offline notifications be sure to check the box. This will send the new user an email if the controller was to lose internet connection so you can still receive notifications. This will also send you notifications if any sensor modules were to lose internet connection. Finally, click Create User. To change any information or delete a user you simply click on that user's name. In the user details, you can update their information, or you can delete the user. And that is how you manage users.
