Please like & subscribe if you have enjoyed watching this video! Saturday the 5th April, running the Normanby Hall parkrun 273rd parkrun and 1st at Normanby Hall. A warm morning in North Lincs, a fairly flat but twisty course with some mild undulations, a couple of points the route was a little unclear. Tried to settle into a steady pace, but it never really felt comfortable, the twisty course reporting a slower pace than it felt and a shorter course than it was too. Happy to get under 20, though a little disappointed the pace dropped off so much in the final mile and the lost positions.
