Re-installing Scrapers On Standard Series Dough Sheeters After Cleaning

Putting the scrapers back after cleaning can be easily done in minutes if you follow these simple steps: 1.) Raise the main roller to highest position 2.) For Top Scraper, clip both springs into L and R side 3.) Lift the top scraper up and then clip the pins into the holder, making sure that the scraper is pointing downward, and the springs are straight. Make sure the springs are not bent from the scraper turned upward and installed in the wrong direction. 4.) For the bottom scraper, clip the springs into the L and R side. Make sure the small spring is also installed on the 1st pin. 5.) Put downward pressure onto the scraper, then line up the 1st pin with the hole, the small spring will compress slightly. 6.) Push the scraper into the hole, then press down on the other side to line up the other pin with the holder. 7.) Slide the other pin into the holder once it is lined up correctly.
