We are also going to look if Uber is going to force you to go offline if you drive over 12 hours a day. Uber is going to give you two notifications 1 hour and 2 hours prior to you reaching your 12 hours of driving time. When you are on the parking and your car is not moving for over 5 minutes, Uber stops counting that towards your driving time. Legally you should not drive over 13 hours, but with Ubers system you could technically work over 12 hours because of the wait time between the ride requests. I can see Uber drivers working extreme hours and I do not recommend driving over the legal limit for your safety. It is not worth the risk to work over 12 hours driving for Uber.
