Lastly add pomegranate seeds and fry in hot oil. Serve hot. Bhuna Qeema: Ingredients: Beef minced 500 gm Onion 2 Tomatoes 2 Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp Crushed cumin 2tbsp Crushed coriander 2tbsp Salt as required Whole spice 1tbsp Turmeric 1/2tsp Green chillies 4-5 Tomato puree 2tbsp Red chilli powder 1tbsp Lemon juice 1tsp Oil 3/4cup Green coriander as required Julian cut ginger as required Onion for serving Cucumber for serving Crispy Buns for serving Method: Heat oil fry onion.now add mince,ginger garlic paste,tomato puree,whole soice,salt,red chilli powder and turmeric bhunify nicely.then add 1 cup water cook mince till its cook.when water dries bhunify mince properly.now add crushed cumin,crushed coriander and lemon juice and put on dum for few minutes.in last sprinkle green coriander,onion,Julian ginger and cucumber,serve hot. Dahi chutney: Ingredients: Yogurt 1cup Chopped coriander 1tbsp Chopped mint leaves 1tbsp Chopped green chillies 1tbsp White cumin 1tsp Garlic 2cloves Black pepper 6-8 Salt as required Method: Except yogurt mix all ingredients and blend nicely. Now add this in yogurt and beat nicely.
