Hello, I’m Sen. I live in Chiba, Japan — it’s right next to Tokyo. Here, I share my daily life in Japan as a Japanese woman 🇯🇵 The weather cleared up, so today I’m taking a ride on the Monorail—a request some of you sent me earlier! 🚝 Along the way, I’ll share a bit about myself, my hobbies, and other personal thoughts. I also visit two scenic spots: one near the Monorail perfect for photos, and Inohana Castle Ruins (亥鼻城跡) 🏯 After the Monorail adventure, I head home to make traditional Japanese sweets (shiratama 🍡) and enjoy a cozy autumn day. A peaceful and fulfilling day spent alone😊✨ Timestamps: 00:00 – Intro 00:30 – Suspension monorails (Chiba urban monorail) & train 🚝 07:39 – About me & Chiba 10:17 – Inohana Castle Ruins 🏯 12:12 – Making Japanese sweets (Shiratama dango) 🍡 16:16 – Final thoughts & reflections If you enjoy Japan daily vlogs, Japanese culture, or personal growth stories, please subscribe and leave a comment 🌸 【🍡 Shiratama dango(Chewy Rice Dumplings)】 Ingredients (makes about 40 pieces) ・Shiratamako (glutinous rice flour): 200g ・Water: 180–190ml Instructions 1. Gradually add water to the shiratamako while mixing until it forms a smooth dough. 2. Roll the dough into small balls, about 2–3cm in diameter. 3. Boil water in a pot, then add the dumplings. 4. Once they float to the surface, let them cook for another 1–2 minutes. 5. Transfer to cold water to cool, then drain well. 【🍯 Mitarashi Sauce (Sweet Soy Glaze)】 Ingredients ・Light brown sugar (or any sugar you prefer): 50g ・Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon ・Potato starch (or cornstarch): 1½ teaspoons ・Water: 70ml Instructions 1. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving. 【🌸 Kinako Sugar Topping】 Ingredients ・Kinako (roasted soybean flour): 3 tablespoons ・Sugar: 2 tablespoons Instructions 1. Simply mix the kinako and sugar together. #livinginjapan #alone #vlog
