Filmed live on Facebook Dinner and lunch prep with Tupperware Order products or join my team at: www.mariaolipas.com I got home from work about 20 minutes before going live with you all. I wanted to kill multiple birds with one stone because with the stack cooker, I can! Tonight, I stack cooked 2 different ground beef dishes all using the microwave. Ingredient list 3.5 lbs ground beef 1 - 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup (this was NOT condensed) 2 onions, diced 5 cloves garlic, diced 1 - 24 oz can spaghetti sauce 1.5 cups frozen broccoli About 3/4 cup hot water 2 teaspoons Trader Joes Umami Seasoning 2 teaspoons Steak and Chop Seasoning (DIY blend) In the colander of the stack cooker, place the raw meat and break apart using a spoon. Stack this on top of the 3 quart casserole and cover. Cook 8-10 minutes. Break the meat apart and try to get as much gristle to drip away from the browned meat. Discard the oils. Place the cooked beef in the power chef and mince to desired texture. This is great for taco meat. Wash out the 3 quart casserole and place half of the cooked meat in that bowl. Place the other half in the 1-3/4 quart casserole. Using the power chef, dice and mince the onion and garlic. Divide this between the two bowls. In the 3 quart, add the cream of mushroom, and 1/3 can of water. Add the frozen broccoli, 1 tsp of Umami Seasoning, and 1 tsp of the Steak and Chop seasoning. In the 1-3/4 quart bowl, add the spaghetti sauce and any other veggies you want to put in the spaghetti sauce. Stack the 1-3/4 quart casserole on top of the 3 quart. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. While this rests, using the microwave pasta maker to cook your pasta. Always cook UNCOVERED in the microwave for 15-18 minutes. Place the cover to drain water. Mix and enjoy! I got this entire dinner and lunch prep for the week done in less than 1 hour. Cook times will vary based on your microwave wattage. I use a 1,000 watt microwave.
