INGREDIENTS [2-3 PERSONS] 1.GREEN CHILLI - 3 no’s 2.COCONUT - 50g 3.GINGER - 10g 4.CURD - 1 cup 5.OIL - 2tsp 6.MUSTARD - 1tsp 7.RED CHILLI - 5 no’s 8.URAD DAL - 1tsp 9.HING - PINCH 10.CURRY LEAVES - 3 spring 11.CORIANDER METHOD:- 1.In a mixie jar add green chilli, coconut, ginger, curd and grind it. Take idli’s in a bowl, then add grinded paste and keep aside. 2.Now heat the pan and add oil, mix well and fry with mustard, red chilli, urad dal, hing, curry leaves, then serve idli’s and top up with tempering and coriander.
