Specialised Photography - Shooting in 3D - the Fujifilm Finepix 3D W3 Camera

This is the second of a 2 part series of videos on this legendary 3D Point & Shoot camera. 10 Years ago, Fujifilm had the vision to not just create a camera, but a complete 3D solution including a new file format, printing services, underwater housing, 3D screen that doesn't need glasses etc. It started with the 3D W1 camera and was followed up with the improved 3D W3 camera. It all seemed like there was going to be a new promising series of 3D cameras to come. But then it all suddenly stopped - the 3D fad was over, along with 3D TVs, 3D cinema. As a result, this camera has become somewhat of a legendary camera, a benchmark against which other 3D cameras are evaluated even to this day. It is also still a good camera in its own right. As such I have decided to do a review of this camera. Not so much to assess purchase of this camera, but to be able to assess other cameras against the standard set by this camera. I make mention in this video that the 3D footage in the first part of this video has colour information that was changed after uploading to YouTube. I have fixed the 3D footage in a separate video that I have created where I let YouTube generate the Anaglyph rather than myself and this corrects the problem.
