im ready to entire a new chapter of my life. one where i don't have to work, suffer, and grind as hard. i want to learn how to release, relax, and embrace so that i can live a softer life. for me the first step was letting go of my masculine and dominant tendencies so that i could start embracing softer, more feminine ones. this journey is going to be a lot of unlearning hard things and replacing them with softer alternatives. for example, i traded strength training and cardio for pilates and yoga. part of being a soft girl is also taking care of yourself, so i want to start practicing self care on a weekly basis. i also think its important to reward yourself, and allow others to treat you. the last part of this video is me really defining what my soft life looks like and manifesting that in my journal. now i can start transitioning into the life i deserve
