The speech can last from 3 minutes to 7 minutes or even 23 minutes depending on the project. Impromptu speeches: Here people who don't have roles or don't deliver speeches have the time to speak for 1 or 2 minutes on a given topic they are given on the spot, in an introduction, body, and conclusion. Every answer is correct as long as you can speak. Evaluation session: In this part each individual who passed on the stage is given feedback on how they performed their assigned role or even how they spoke. Roles during the meeting: For the meeting to flow smoothly we have people called role takers who ensure that the meeting is perfectly conducted: Toastmaster of the day: In other events they are known as the Masters of Ceremony (MC), their role is to introduce speakers and help during stage transitioning of role takers. The general evaluator: Their role is to objectively give feedback on how things were conducted during the meeting from how the meeting started to how it is ending and how the roles were performed. The grammarian: Their role is to track the usage of the grammar in our meeting by anonymously pointing out how the language was misused to how it was adequately used. The ah counter: in our meeting their role is to track the usage of filler words which when overused detract from the speech's impact. The timer: in our meetings every single thing has its designated timeframe so the timer by the use of cards (red, green, and yellow) they inform that the time is near. The evaluators: Their role is to evaluate speakers based on an already prepared manual that aligns with the speech being delivered. The table topic master: Their role is to ask random questions to people especially those who don't have roles in our meeting, the respondents, usually have 1 to 2 minutes to respond to that question as best as they can. The hark master: their role is to listen to what was said in the meeting and make a sort of quiz about it that they will ask the audience when they are called upon, this is to enhance the listening capacity of our members. This is where leaders are made.
