Any member can propose a project with a defined vision and commitment level, and singers are welcome to join as many concurrent projects as their schedules allow. This structure: Encourages us to grow through singing with a variety of singers and instrumentations over time Allows arrangers and directors to experiment and take risks Gives those who are not participating in traditional a cappella groups a way to engage, and gives those who want to do more a way to grow their involvement
