Day 1 from SJPP to Burguete. We packed too much, (I carried 5 litres of water) our bags were too heavy, and we were jet lagged, me severely with only 1 hour of sleep, my anxiety was too high. But adrenaline kicked in and it was a blast. We made it, and it was such a beautiful day. So grateful to have this dream come true. It was a longer day than we had thought it would be and didn't expect everything to be closed when we arrived. But thankfully our hotel had a restaurant for Dallas. Day 1 was a success, despite many newbie mistakes. #camino #caminodesantiago #raw #fyp
