Quick little video replacing the Quick release handles on this old Victa silver streak power torque. The old handles on one side had begun to split and was failing to stay locked in. As a result, the bars would vibrate loose easily and once one side went, the other followed. I had previously ordered a new set of levers as a back up on my current gen victas for some reason and recently pulled the powertorque out for a quick scalp but then remembered why I'd punted the mower to a back corner of the shed I thought I'll give these a crack.
