Bring a soft aspiration for stillness— not force, just a gentle willingness to be steady. Let the awareness spread through the whole body. Some parts may already feel quietly awake. Invite the rest of the body to tune into this conscious stillness. Let the natural breath guide you inward. Feel it touch and soften different parts of the body. Allow an inner alignment to form on its own. Now, listen to the subtle sound of your breath. Let the inner ears awaken— the ones that hear from within, not through the physical ears. Stay with this subtle listening for a few moments. When you feel ready, let your mantra arise. If you have a guru mantra, let it vibrate gently. If not, allow a simple mantra like OM to softly pulse in the body. Let the mantra vibrate through the whole body— not in the head, but as a subtle pulse felt everywhere. If the mantra does not appear, do not struggle. Simply stay aware inside the body and let old impressions, tensions, and habitual sounds loosen and release. Keep offering everything into the quiet. Let the body open more and more to the vibration. Remain here for a few minutes, allowing the mantra to take its natural place within you.
