I this video I will show you, how to make Kerala sambar at home easily? What is authentic south Indian Sambar? Authentic south Indian sambar is made with tuvar dal and a lot of vegetables, tamarind, herbs, and masalas. The key part of the south Indian sambar recipe is tadka. Authentic Sambar is totally different from other sambars that you see outside of Kerala. Kerala's authentic sambar will be thicker and it has a different authentic flavor.
