Ok here is your new header option specifically made for the 4 wheel drive V8 SBF 83-97 Ranger, 84-90 Bronco II and 91 -94 Explorer ! These are 100% 304 stainless steel,back purged and fully tig welded by hand! Built in Michigan by R.I.P. Fabrication with best materials available, no cheap junk here! And before you go pissing and moaning about the price remember the AA log headers in the video were $389 and obviously build from far cheaper materials that will not hold up. If you don’t understand what it takes to hand build and tig weld a set of headers please just sit down and don’t embarrass yourself. Torque Monster headers for Explorers are $1000 and I’m not even sure those are stainless. We recommend using a 3/8-16x1 header bolt with a 3/8 or 5/16 wrench head with the Remflex #3003 gaskets. Chassis fitment was designed around using James Duff v8 swap motor mounts. If your using any other mount minor modifications may be required to top of frame rail to clear V- band clamp….. or not.
