Chandler Oklahoma Special Needs Student Wins Homecoming

We have three young men from Chandler Oklahoma who did a very noble thing. Blake Barrier, Rodney Lewis, and Hunter Hudson decided that they were going to take it upon themselves to make a life long lasting memory for two special needs students at Chandler High School. They nominated Daryan Duncan a Senior and Audrie Wayland a Junior for the Wrestling and Basketball homecoming court. Daryan Won the Homecoming queen for wrestling and tonight at the Basketball game the queen will be decided. When Daryan's father Joe Duncan found out he contacted the above mentioned media outlets and was basically ignored. I also contacted them thinking that since I was employed by the school maybe that would help. I got a thank you and that was it. So this is what we have decided. We want to spread what these three boys have done like a wildfire. On this outlet they can not sensor, nor ignore this stroy. Here we can talk about how these three young men did a completely noble thing and not for themselves or for the notoriety of it, but just because they wanted to make a difference in these young ladies lives. If the media wants to continue to only report on the negativity in the state and ignore everything outside of the metro areas, then maybe this is the last free press outlet left. Spread the story.
